Where is my get up and go?


Something I have always struggled with is motivation, I have always let the I'm too tireds and the I can do it tomorrows win, thats about to change!
No more excuses, no more tomorrows from now on I live for the moment.
A lot of my problems come from not having the energy as I live as a single mum with 4 children (hubby works away for months at a time) and no friends or family around it is quite honestly exhausting but I know that the more I work out the more times I get up and do something the more energy I will naturally have.
It's a big step having to get past the things your mind tells you about being tired and arguing with your tired body that just wants to have a nap instead of mop the floors or mow the lawns!


It is true, yesterday I did say tomorrow and you know what I actually regret it, I wish that yesterday I had've done a lot of the things I have to do today so that I could've gotten different things done today since my husband is coming home in 4 days for xmas and I want everything absolutely perfect and to look smokin' hot too!
So maybe the smokin' hot part won't be happening this visit but he will sure be knocked off his socks next time and that is a promise!
I work a lot better with written plans so today one of my goals is to write a rough daily routine so that the kids get quality time, the housework gets done, exercise, study and work all get accounted for, looking at it now it seems overwhelming with 4 kids on my own how I am possibly going to fit all that in?

Working out gives you endorphins making you happy and energised, eating better does the same the saying really is true you are what you eat, eat shit and feel like it too! Going to bed earlier and getting an earlier kick start on my day is going to be a challenge but I WILL DO IT!


No more of this! Say goodbye to the junk, no more burgers no more fast food, no more packaged processed junk! If I want to look good I have to feed myself the good stuff how can my body radiate love and happiness if I fuel it with things that slow it down

Doesn't it just make you happy looking at it! So fresh, so colourful, so full of life! This is exactly how my body will feel filling it will foods like this.

Today I am going to get up off the couch and stop making excuses today IS the day to change, not yesterday, not tomorrow but today, NOW!
