The RFMA gratitude project

Goodbye negative energy, hello happiness!

I have taken it upon myself (with help of a friend who has done the same thing) to post a photo a day of something I am grateful for.
Stop whining about the bad stuff and cherish what I have.

Even thinking of the project has a positive buzz flowing through me and I can feel all the bad thoughts, the sadness washing away. I know it won't happen overnight but I really believe this is important to my depression recovery.
So today I start with day 1 out of 365 which I will be posting at nap time
